AI visibility
Google is no longer the only search box. Know what the assistants say.
More buyers ask an AI assistant before they search. We track whether they mention you, which sources they lean on, and turn the gaps into specific work.
The method
Measured like a measurement, not a screenshot.
Six rules that keep the number honest — each one there because the obvious shortcut produces a result that looks real and is not.
The questions your buyers ask
A fixed panel of buying-intent questions, asked of each assistant every week so the answers are comparable over time.
Several samples, not one screenshot
Assistants answer differently each time. We sample repeatedly and only report a rate once there are enough answers to mean something.
Every assistant on its own
ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are reported separately. A blended score would average three things that are not the same.
An unreadable answer is not a “no”
If an answer cannot be read, it is excluded from the count — so a problem on our side never shows up as a decline on yours.
Sources become jobs
When a review site or comparison article shapes the answers and you are absent from it, that gap becomes a task with a written playbook.
No promises about the model
Assistants change without notice. When something improves after the work, we report it as observed — never as a guarantee.
Source cultivation
The useful signal is who they cite.
A mention rate tells you where you stand. The cited sources tell you what to do: they are the reviews, roundups and comparison pages the answers are built from. Being absent from the ones that matter is usually a specific, finite job.
- Each gap is one job, even if several assistants cite the same source
- Playbooks are written by people, not generated — no astroturfing, ever
- Finished sources rest for 90 days before they can be raised again
