For agencies running 5 to 75 client sites

Run every client on rituals. Prove it monthly.

The work, the proof and the proposal in one place — with a client portal that shows what you did, a report that writes itself from measured data, and an audit that wins the next retainer.

Opening to agencies in waves. No card, and we will not add you to a drip sequence.

They cancel because they cannot see the work

A portal your client actually opens

Most churn is not bad work. It is invisible work. Every client gets their own branded portal on your subdomain, and a monthly report that assembles itself from what actually happened.

Their own address, your branding

client.portal.yourdomain — your logo, your colours, your name on the report. Full white-label from Scale up.

Reports built from ledgers, not written from scratch

Every figure comes from a row something else already wrote: the changes you applied, the tasks you closed, the positions we measured. Nothing is retyped and nothing is estimated.

They approve, you get the audit trail

Title and schema changes can go out on your say-so. Anything a visitor would SEE waits for a human — and the client can be that human, in their portal.

A client who can see the work is a client who does not ask what they are paying for.

Delivery does not scale past about ten clients

The same work, on a rhythm, across the whole book

Rituals are the jobs you already do — the ones that live in somebody head and get skipped in a busy week. Applied to a client, they appear every week on their own.

Ritual templates across clients

Write the job once. Apply it to fifteen clients. It materialises as a task on their board every week, and nobody has to remember it.

Bulk approve what is safe

Titles and schema across every client in one action. Redirects and content are never in that list — they change what a visitor sees, and that is not a bulk decision.

One morning list, ordered by who needs you

The client grid ranks itself: criticals first, then stale syncs, unanswered client questions, and margin below your own threshold.

The agencies that scale are the ones where the work happens without the founder remembering it.

Every new retainer starts from zero

An audit-backed proposal, on a link you can watch

Enter a prospect domain. We audit it properly — crawl, competitors, winnable searches, AI visibility — and you get a branded proposal with your services and your prices.

Their real numbers, not a template

Every claim on the proposal traces to a stored finding from that audit. You are not sending a deck; you are sending evidence.

You can see them reading it

Opened, which sections, how many times, last seen. A proposal sat unopened for four days is a different follow-up from one read three times last night.

Accepted becomes a client in one click

The audit follows them in, so the winnable keywords are waiting as suggestions on day one.

The honest timeline table stays on your proposal. It sets the expectations conversation before the contract, not in month four.

The part that matters

What we will never let you do to your clients

We will never publish spam on your client site. No AI content farms, no doorway pages, no link schemes. Every write goes through an approved change record and every one is reversible.
We will never put a number on a report we cannot trace. Every figure in a client report comes from a stored measurement. The narrative is checked against those numbers and rejected if it invents one.
We will never tell your client you have a billing problem. If your plan lapses, their portal says reports are paused. It does not mention payment, and it never will.
We will never promise your client a ranking. Not in a report, not in a proposal, not in an email. Your clients see honest timelines, which is what makes them believe the rest of it.

Your clients are trusting you, and you would be trusting us. These are the four promises that make that a reasonable thing to do.

Pricing

Priced per book, not per seat

Every tier includes the same analysis quality. What changes is how many clients you can run. Need more sites than a tier holds? Site packs add capacity at $29 per site per month, on any tier.

Agency pricing is being updated. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.

Questions agencies actually ask

Before you move your book

What does white-label actually mean on each tier?

Grow gives you your logo, your colours and your subdomain on every client portal and report, with a small "powered by SEO Rituals" line in the footer. Scale and Empire remove that line entirely. Custom domains — your client portal on a domain you own — are a fast-follow and are not live yet; we would rather say so than sell it.

Who owns the client data?

Your agency does. Clients are yours, their sites are connected under your organization, and their portal contacts are people you invite and revoke. If you leave, you can export what you have and we delete the rest. A portal visitor is never a user of ours — they have no account with us and we do not market to them.

We run everything in spreadsheets. How hard is moving?

You do not migrate history. Connect a client Search Console property, and the first backfill pulls sixteen months of their data automatically. Rituals are the part you type in — write the jobs you already do once, apply them across clients, and they run from then on. Most agencies are running one client end to end within an afternoon.

Do our clients have to log in with a password?

No. Portal access is a magic link to the contacts you invite, valid for one use. There is no password to reset, no account for them to manage, and revoking a contact ends their live session immediately.

What happens if we go over our plan limits?

Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You see which meter is full and can add a site pack or move up a tier. Moving DOWN is blocked while you are over the target tier, with a screen listing exactly what to reduce — we will not silently archive your clients to fit a smaller plan.

Can we bill our clients in a different currency from our own?

Yes. The profitability view records each client retainer in their own currency and never adds two currencies into one total — it tells you which clients are excluded from the book figure instead of quietly converting them.
